We recommend storing in a frozen environment (-18°C or less) to suppress aggregation of silver nanoparticles and stabilize viscosity.
Before using, be sure to bring it back to room temperature from the freezer. Also, use a defoaming stirrer, etc., to stir well before use.
A. MDot® is supplied as a paste, not as a dry powder.
Although it depends on the particle size and solvent type, it can be adjusted to about 90wt%. We will adjust according to your request, so please let us know your request when ordering.
We will provide a SDS that describes the disposal method, so please check it.
If you wish to dispose of MDot® at our company, please be sure to contact us in advance and send it to our electronic materials department.
The 10 substances subject to the RoHS2 Directive: Cadmium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), bisphthalate (DEHP), bisbutylbenzyl phthalate (BBP), phthalate Dibutyl acid (DBP) and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) are all non-contained.
Whether the handling of hazardous materials is required depends on the actual product. Most high-concentration dispersions are non-dangerous materials, but please receive instructions on how to handle them at the time of purchase so that you can use them correctly.

Each paste is compatible with each other. When adding, try changing the level several times, such as 10%, 30%, and 50%.
